	Replacing Bell Service (When there is a Bell active telephone number at the location (within the apt/suite when applicable) and you be contacting Bell to disconnect the service.)
	Additional Bell Service (When there is a Bell active telephone number at the location (within the apt/suite when applicable) and it will remain connected.)
	Add to Existing Dry Loop (When Dry Loop service is requested over an existing Dry Loop (Bell Wholesale service or Bell Internet) that is already installed at the location (within the apt/suite when applicable).)
