Port Requirements:

Please take note of the following requirements for number porting to take place:

  • Number porting can take up to 30 days. You will need to ensure that your existing phone service remains active and good standing with your current phone provider while the porting takes place. Once the number is ported, you may cancel your current phone service.
  • We will require a copy of your latest invoice from your current phone service provider. Please sign the invoice with your signature and indication that the invoice is paid should be visible. The document can either be faxed or emailed to our sales department.
    (Please ensure that your name and phone number being ported are clearly visible on the invoice.)
