It takes approximately one week for the service to be installed and the first possible date has
been pre-selected for you. You may change the preferred date, excluding Sundays and holidays. If
the date you have selected is not available the first available installation date will be
selected instead. Should the confirmed date not be convenient we would be happy to work with you
to reschedule your installation.
Please take note of the following requirements for number porting to take place:
Number porting can take up to 30 days. You will need to ensure that your existing phone service remains active and good standing with your current phone provider while the porting takes place. Once the number is ported, you may cancel your current phone service.
We will require a copy of your latest invoice from your current phone service provider. Please sign the invoice with your signature and indication that the invoice is paid should be visible. The document can either be faxed or emailed to our sales department.
(Please ensure that your name and phone number being ported are clearly visible on the invoice.)
911 Limitations We want to make sure that you are aware of important differences in the way 9-1-1 service operates with a VoIP phone when compared with traditional telephone service.
