Introduction
1. Velcom. At Velcom we recognize that the protection of the privacy of your Personal Information is a very important principle in building and maintaining our relationship with you. This Privacy Policy describes the commitments of Velcom and the rights of its customers regarding personal information. It applies to the collection, storage, use, disclosure, protection, and accuracy of personal information collected and controlled by Velcom.

PRINCIPLE 1: Accountability Velcom is responsible for the Personal Information under its control, including Personal Information disclosed by Velcom to a third party for data and list processing and shall designate one or more persons who are accountable for compliance with the Customer Privacy Policy.
PRINCIPLE 2: Identifying Purposes Velcom shall identify the purposes for which Personal Information is collected at or before the time the information is collected.
PRINCIPLE 3: Consent. Every reasonable effort is made by Velcom to ensure that the Customer understands the purpose of the Personal Information. PRINCIPLE 9 - Individual Access Upon request, Velcom gives Customers access to their Personal Information and an account of its use and disclosure.
